4. Warranty
We offer a Lifetime Warranty (minimum 1 year) on most repairs. Warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship.
It does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage after the repair

  • Water damage post-repair

  • Third-party tampering or modification

5. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is required before the return of repaired devices or dispatch of products. We accept payments via major debit/credit cards and other methods as available at checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns

7. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and sending their devices to us. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit unless using our insured shipping label. Once repairs are completed, we aim to return devices within 1–3 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional handling of devices, The Phone Smiths shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
