Free Shipping – Royal Mail 24 Tracked
We offer Free Shipping on all orders and repairs using Royal Mail 24 Tracked. This service typically delivers within 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Sending Your Device to Us

  • Once your repair is booked, we will send instructions on how to securely package and ship your device.

  • You can either arrange your own shipping, or request a prepaid Royal Mail label from us.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when sending your device.

Returns After Repair

  • Once your repair is complete, your device will be returned to you via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, free of charge.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your device is dispatched.

Delivery of Accessories or Products

  • Any accessories or products purchased will also be shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, at no additional cost.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Delivery Times

  • Most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch, however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, holidays, or weather conditions).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail but will assist in tracking your shipment if needed.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • In case of any lost or damaged deliveries, please contact us immediately.

  • We will file a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
