This Refund Policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Repair Services
We offer a Lifetime Warranty (minimum 1 year) on most repairs. If your repair fails due to a faulty part or workmanship within this period, we will re-perform the repair at no extra cost.
The warranty does NOT cover:

Physical or accidental damage after repair

Water or liquid damage after repair

Damage caused by third-party repairs
Refunds are available if:

We are unable to complete the repair

You report dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving your device

The fault is due to our error or defective parts
Accessories and Products
If you purchase accessories or products from us:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cancellations

You can cancel your repair booking before sending your device

Once the device is received and repair work has started, cancellation may not be possible
Return Shipping

If the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping

If no fault is found or the issue is unrelated, the customer is responsible for return shipping
