Thank you for choosing The Phone Smiths for your device repair and restoration needs. We are committed to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

This Refund Policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Repair Services
We offer a Lifetime Warranty (minimum 1 year) on most repairs. If your repair fails due to a faulty part or workmanship within this period, we will re-perform the repair at no extra cost.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage after repair

  • Water or liquid damage after repair

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs

Refunds are available if:

  • We are unable to complete the repair

  • You report dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving your device

  • The fault is due to our error or defective parts

Accessories and Products
If you purchase accessories or products from us:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your repair booking before sending your device

  • Once the device is received and repair work has started, cancellation may not be possible

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping

  • If no fault is found or the issue is unrelated, the customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Your order number

  • Name and contact details

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Any relevant photos or documentation
